Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Lumivance Technologies Private Limited ("Lumivance", "we", "us") builds software products and provides design and development services. This policy explains what personal data we handle across the company: this website (lmvctec.in), our client services, and our apps — Kreyon, Yaam and Pixelle.

The short version: our apps are built to work on your device and do not send us your personal information. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us, work with us or apply for a job, and we never sell it.

We process personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. For the data described here, Lumivance is the "data fiduciary".

1. Our apps

Each app has its own privacy page with the full detail. In summary:

When you buy an app or an in-app unlock, Google Play or the Apple App Store handles the payment. They tell the app whether you own it; we never see your card, UPI or bank details. Their own privacy policies apply to that transaction.

2. This website

This website does not set cookies, does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other analytics, advertising or session-recording tools, and does not load third-party trackers. Its fonts and code are served from our own host. See the Cookie Policy.

Like every website, our web host (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs — your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to keep the site running and secure. We do not use these logs to identify you.

3. When you contact us or work with us

When you…We collectWhy
Email us, message us on WhatsApp or use the contact formYour name, email address or phone number, and what you writeTo reply to you
Become a clientContact details, business details, billing and GST details, and project material you shareTo deliver the project, invoice you and keep the accounts Indian law requires
Apply for a jobYour name, contact details, CV and anything you include in your applicationTo consider you for the role

The contact form on this site does not send data to a server: it opens your own email app with the message filled in, and you choose whether to send it.

4. How we use personal data

We use it only for the purpose you gave it for: to answer you, to deliver and bill services, to consider job applications, to keep our products and site secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use personal data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions, and we do not sell or rent it.

5. Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, each for its part of the job:

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example to comply with a lawful order of a court or government authority, or to protect our users, our business or the public against fraud or abuse. If Lumivance is merged, acquired or restructured, personal data may pass to the new owner, who must keep honouring this policy.

6. Where it is stored

Our providers store data in their data centres, which may be in India or in other countries. Where data leaves India, it goes only to providers bound to protect it, and only to countries not restricted by the Government of India.

7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

Email our Grievance Officer (below). We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you live outside India, you may have similar rights under your local law (for example the UK or EU GDPR); contact us and we will help.

9. Children

This website and our client services are not directed at children. Yaam is made for children and is designed so that it does not collect personal information from them — see the Yaam privacy policy. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal data without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

10. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to client and business data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

11. Changes

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will say so on this page and, where we have your email, tell you directly.
